Welcome to Da’Filling, LLC (“Da’Filling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including orders placed through dafilling.com, goppego.org, or affiliated pages (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using our Site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Company Information
Da’Filling, LLC is a Texas-based, Black-owned dessert and merchandise company specializing in Sweet Potato Pies, Chess Pies, and Pumpkin Serenade Pies, as well as branded merchandise.
All products are prepared and sold in compliance with applicable Texas Cottage Food Laws and related regulations.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Products and Orders
Our menu includes:
Sweet Potato Pie
Chess Pie
Pumpkin Serenade Pie (seasonal)
Big Bertha (large specialty pie, available in Sweet Potato or Chess flavor)
All orders:
Must be placed at least two (2) weeks in advance.
Are limited to local delivery or pickup within Central Texas, including Killeen, Temple, Belton, Copperas Cove, and Harker Heights.
Are subject to availability, particularly for seasonal items like Pumpkin Serenade.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices for pies and merchandise are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Sweet Potato Pie: $20
Chess Pie: $20
Pumpkin Serenade Pie: $25
Big Bertha (large size): $40
All payments must be made in full at the time of order through approved payment platforms such as PayPal or Cash App ($switzerlandpurchase).
We do not accept cash upon delivery.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
To request a cancellation or refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are only issued if:
The order has not yet entered the preparation phase, and
There is a verified issue with product quality or delivery.
Once an order is accepted and prepared, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you experience a problem accessing a digital product or payment confirmation, we offer technical support before processing a refund.
6. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup are available only within Central Texas.
We do not ship perishable products.
Delivery schedules will be confirmed via email or phone after payment is received. Customers must be available to receive deliveries at the agreed-upon time. Failure to accept delivery may result in order forfeiture without refund.
7. Food Allergen and Alcohol Notice
Da’Filling Pies are not allergen-free.
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat.
Certain products, including our Sweet Potato Pie and Pumpkin Serenade Pie, contain a small amount of alcohol as part of our signature flavor blend.
The alcohol is used during the baking process and cooks out completely, leaving no intoxicating effect. These pies are safe for general consumption, including by adults and children.
Customers who prefer to avoid products made with alcohol for personal, medical, or religious reasons should contact us at [email protected] before placing an order.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities related to ingredients or preparation.
8. Merch Products
Merchandise, such as T-shirts, mugs, and other branded items, may be fulfilled by third-party vendors. Delivery times for merchandise vary depending on stock and fulfillment capacity.
Defective merchandise may be eligible for replacement or refund upon verification.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, brand names, and designs—is the exclusive property of Da’Filling, LLC or used with permission.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Da’Filling, LLC is not liable for:
Any injury, illness, or allergic reaction related to consumption of our products;
Delivery delays or issues caused by weather, transportation, or customer unavailability;
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
11. Privacy and Data Use
Your privacy matters to us. Personal information collected during orders (such as names, emails, and payment information) is used only for order fulfillment and customer communication.
We never sell or share customer data with third parties, except as necessary to complete payment or delivery.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Bell County, Texas, through binding arbitration or small claims court.
13. Modifications to Terms
Da’Filling, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our Site or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
