Six signature pies: Sweet Potato, Chess, Pumpkin Serenade, Old Soul Pecan, Blueberry Reign, and the 16-inch Big Bertha. All pies are $15 except Blueberry Reign ($20) and Big Bertha ($40). We do not do variety for variety's sake.
At least one day for most orders. Three pies or more require at least one week's notice so we can do it right.
Big Bertha always needs one week since she is built to order.
Pickup is Monday through Friday, 4:45–8:30 PM, at one of five neighborhood locations:
No pickup on Saturday or Sunday. We also close the week of and the week after major U.S. holidays.
Not yet. We are pickup-only for now. If you are in our service area (Killeen, Temple, Belton, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights), one of our five pickup spots is likely already on your way home.
You pay securely at checkout when you place your order online. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Your order is confirmed the moment payment clears.
Our pies are handcrafted in a shared kitchen and may contain or come in contact with wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts (pecans), and soy.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Within 24 hours we cannot refund, because ingredients have been purchased and prep has started.
Need to change a pickup date or location? Call us at (254) 267-0919 as early as possible and we will do our best.
Our pies are best served at room temperature. Refrigerate if not eating within a few hours, and bring back to room temp before serving. Most pies keep well in the fridge for three to four days, covered.
To warm a slice, 10 to 15 seconds in the microwave, or 8 minutes in a 325°F oven brings the filling back to life.
Yes. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Juneteenth, and Mother's Day are our busiest windows. Please order at least two weeks ahead for these holidays so we can guarantee your pickup slot.
For weddings, family reunions, or large orders (six or more pies), call (254) 267-0919 and we will set up a custom pickup.
Gift cards are coming soon. Our loyalty program rewards repeat orders with a free pie after your sixth. Ask us about it when you pick up.
