Welcome to Da'Filling. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Da'Filling website at dafilling.com, our ordering platform at dafilling.com/order, our voice line at (254) 267-0919, and our SMS program. By placing an order or messaging us, you agree to these Terms.
Da'Filling SMS (operated by Da'Filling, LLC).
Da'Filling SMS is a transactional customer-care text program. Messages include the online ordering link (upon request), order confirmations, pickup reminders, replies to customer questions, and voicemail follow-ups. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Typically 1 to 5 messages per order.
Da'Filling does not charge for SMS. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

Text STOP to (254) 267-0919 at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from Da'Filling, other than those required by law. To resume messages, text START.
You consent to receive SMS from Da'Filling either by (a) verbally asking our AI receptionist to text you, or (b) providing your phone number at checkout on our ordering page, where disclosure of SMS consent is clearly displayed. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods.
Personal information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share phone numbers for third-party marketing.
All orders are placed online at dafilling.com/order. Payment is processed through our third-party provider (PayPal, and Stripe in the future). You must provide a valid payment method at checkout. An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully captured.
Prices are displayed on the ordering page and may change without notice. The price shown at the time of checkout is the price you pay.
Orders require a minimum of 1 day's advance notice. Orders of 3 or more pies require a minimum of 1 week's advance notice.
Da'Filling is currently pickup-only at the locations offered during checkout in Killeen, Harker Heights, and Copperas Cove, Texas. Pickup times are Monday through Friday, 4:45–8:30 PM. No pickup is available on Saturday, Sunday, or during our published holiday closures.
If you do not pick up your order during the selected pickup window and do not contact us to reschedule, your pies may be donated or disposed of, and no refund will be issued. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Our pies are handcrafted in a shared kitchen space. They may contain or come into contact with wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, pecans, and soy. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering. Da'Filling is not responsible for allergic reactions where the customer did not disclose the allergy prior to ordering.
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, orders, or other users' information.
All text, logos, images, recipes, and brand identifiers, including the name "Da'Filling," our taglines ("Pure Joy, Baked from Scratch.," "Taste Tradition, Savor Soul.," "Crafted With Tradition. Served With Purpose."), pie names ("Pumpkin Serenade," "Blueberry Reign," "Old Soul Pecan Pie," "Big Bertha"), and content on this site, are the property of Da'Filling, LLC and may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
Our website and services are provided "as is." We do not warrant that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on our site constitutes medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Da'Filling, LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms, your order, or our website is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bell County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent update. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
