Da'Filling, LLC ("Da'Filling," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you order from us, use our ordering website, speak with our AI receptionist, or receive messages from us, and how we handle that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information we need to take your order, bake your pies, and get them to you. That includes:

• Contact information. Your name, phone number, and email address.
• Order details. Which pies you ordered, quantity, pickup date and time, and pickup location.
• Payment information. Processed by our third-party payment providers (PayPal, and Stripe in the future). We do not store your full card number or banking information on our servers.
• Call and message records. If you call our voice line or receive an SMS from us, our phone provider (Twilio) records the call or message for service and compliance purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Process and fulfill your pie order.
• Send order confirmations, pickup reminders, and customer care messages (by SMS or email).
• Respond to your questions or feedback.
• Keep records required by tax, accounting, or legal obligations.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your phone number or email for third-party marketing.

3. Text Messages (SMS)

If you call our voice line and ask our AI receptionist to text you the order link, or if you provide your phone number at checkout on our ordering page, you are giving express consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Da'Filling about your order. This may include:

• The online ordering link.
• Order confirmations.
• Pickup reminders.
• Replies to your questions.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages from us at any time.

4. Service Providers We Share With

We share limited data only with service providers who help us run the business, under confidentiality obligations:

• Twilio. Voice calls and SMS delivery.
• ElevenLabs. Our AI voice receptionist (processes call audio for responses).
• Netlify. Hosts our ordering form.
• PayPal and Stripe. Processes payments.
• Email delivery. Order confirmations are sent via standard email delivery to the address on file.

These providers receive only what they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

5. Data Retention

We keep order and contact records only as long as needed for business, accounting, and legal purposes. Typical retention is up to seven (7) years to meet U.S. tax recordkeeping requirements. Phone numbers used solely to receive an order link are kept only long enough to complete the delivery.

6. Your Choices

• Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
• Request deletion of your personal information by emailing orders@dafilling.com, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Ask what we have on file about you, and we will send you a copy.

7. Children

Da'Filling does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be posted here.
